Our bodies carry us through every experience in life, yet we often forget to give them the attention and appreciation they deserve.
I see fitness as an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, discover your strength, understand your limits, and develop a deeper sense of awareness.
My holistic approach brings together movement, nutrition, recovery, sleep, and emotional well-being. Each plays an important role in our health, influencing how we feel, function, and experience everyday life.
I believe that everyone has their own rhythm, shaped by personal experiences, lifestyle, and individual needs. My role is to listen, understand, and help you find balance through practices that support your physical and mental health.
Movement can be an expression of self-love rather than an obligation to change. It’s about feeling comfortable in your own skin, trusting yourself, and recognizing what you’re truly capable of.

Process
How it works
-
Step 1: First, let’s get to know each other
Every body has a story, and I want to understand yours.
We’ll start with a conversation about your goals, health history, previous experiences with exercise, and what brought you here.
I’ll ask about your daily routine, eating habits, and the challenges you face when trying to make time for yourself.
We’ll also explore how you feel in your body today and how you’d like to feel six months from now.
This is where we begin, with understanding rather than expectations.
-
Step 2: We build your foundation
Before creating your program, we’ll explore how your body moves and where we can make improvements.
Through a fitness assessment, we’ll look at your mobility, posture, balance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness.
Using what we learn, I’ll design a training program around your abilities, preferences, and goals.
We’ll also look at how nutrition and everyday habits can support your training.
The intention is to build a foundation that feels natural, sustainable, and genuinely yours.
-
Step 3: We train with intention
This is where we put everything into practice.
Our sessions will combine purposeful movement, progressive strength training, and exercises that help you develop better coordination, stability, and body awareness.
I’ll guide you through proper technique, help you understand why we’re doing each exercise, and gradually introduce new challenges as you become stronger.
I also believe that movement is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself. To be present, notice your breathing, and appreciate what your body can do.
Training becomes time you dedicate entirely to yourself.
-
Step 4: We grow beyond the gym
As you progress, we’ll track measurable changes in your strength, endurance, mobility, and overall fitness.
We’ll review what’s working, identify areas that need attention, and evolve your program as your abilities and priorities change.
But progress isn’t always measured in kilograms or repetitions.
Sometimes it’s feeling more confident, having the energy to enjoy your day, or discovering that you can do something you once thought was impossible.
My goal is to help you develop the knowledge, confidence, and independence to care for your body long after our sessions.
Because the strongest relationship you’ll build through training is the one you have with yourself.
About me
Hi, I’m Daria
I’m an ACE and BCRPA certified personal trainer, Sports Performance and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and the person behind Train with Daria.
My relationship with fitness began when I was 17 and discovered powerlifting and aerobic dance. Back then, all I wanted was to lose weight. Little did I know that years later, I would see movement so differently. What started as a desire to change my body became a journey of learning to love, understand, and appreciate it.
Read my story
Over the years, my curiosity took me beyond the gym. I discovered yoga, fell in love with hiking, and became increasingly interested in nutrition, human physiology, and the connection between our physical and emotional well-being.
Through these experiences, my understanding of fitness gradually changed.
I began to see how movement could influence the way I felt, thought, and experienced everyday life. Some days, lifting heavy weights made me feel powerful. Other days, yoga taught me patience, presence, and the importance of slowing down.
I learned that taking care of my body also meant learning to listen to it.
For many years, fitness was a personal journey. Eventually, I decided to turn that passion into something I could share with others. I returned to college, studied personal training, and earned my professional certifications.
Today, I bring together scientific knowledge, practical experience, and a holistic understanding of well-being.
As a fitness coach, I believe in meeting people where they are, respecting their individuality, and helping them discover their own strength.
Strength is self-care. And sometimes taking care of yourself looks like lifting something heavy.

Frequently asked questions
How much does fitness coaching cost?
The cost depends on the type of coaching, your goals, and how often we’d like to work together.
I offer different coaching options, including one-on-one fitness coaching, HER Power, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle coaching.
Send me a message, tell me a little about what you’re looking for, and I’ll be happy to share the available options and pricing.
I’m completely new to fitness. Can we start from zero?
Absolutely! You don’t need any previous gym experience to start working with me.
We’ll begin by understanding your current fitness level, learning the basics, and finding exercises that feel comfortable for you.
We’ll build your strength, confidence, and knowledge gradually, at a pace that works for your body.
I’ve tried working out before, but I always lose motivation. How will this be different?
First, we’ll try to understand why it was difficult to stay consistent before.
Maybe your workouts didn’t fit your schedule, you weren’t enjoying them, or you were simply expecting too much from yourself.
We’ll work on creating a routine that fits your actual life, with realistic goals, regular check-ins, and adjustments when things change.
I want you to enjoy taking care of your body, rather than feeling like exercise is another obligation.
I’m always busy. How much time do I need to dedicate to fitness?
That depends on your goals, schedule, and current fitness level.
You don’t necessarily need to spend hours at the gym to make progress.
We’ll look at how much time you realistically have and build a routine around it, including movement, recovery, and everyday habits.
Consistency matters more than trying to follow a schedule you can’t maintain.
Can you help me lose weight without restrictive diets?
Yes! We can work on weight management through exercise, nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
We’ll look at your current eating habits, activity levels, sleep, and recovery, and find practical adjustments that support your goals.
I don’t believe you need to punish yourself with exercise or give up all your favourite foods to take care of your body.
I feel exhausted before and during my period. Can HER Power help me stay active?
Absolutely! HER Power takes your menstrual cycle into consideration when planning your workouts.
We’ll look at how your energy, mood, physical symptoms, and recovery change throughout the month and adjust your training accordingly.
Some days you might feel great lifting heavier weights. Other days, gentle movement, mobility work, or extra rest might be exactly what your body needs.
We’ll also look at your nutrition, sleep, and recovery habits to help you feel better supported throughout your cycle.
The goal is to find a way to stay active that feels good for your body, without pressure to perform at the same level every day.
How soon will I see results?
Everyone progresses differently.
Your starting point, goals, training consistency, nutrition, sleep, and recovery all influence how your body responds.
Some changes, such as improved exercise technique or confidence, may happen relatively quickly. Changes in strength, endurance, and body composition usually take longer.
We’ll track your progress in different ways, so you can recognize improvements beyond what you see in the mirror.
What if I have an injury or physical limitations?
We’ll discuss your physical condition, previous injuries, and any movements that cause discomfort before starting.
I can modify exercises, adjust intensity, and help you find ways to stay active within your abilities.
If your condition requires rehabilitation or medical treatment, we’ll work within the appropriate professional recommendations and my scope as a fitness coach.
Will I need to follow a strict meal plan?
Not necessarily!
We’ll start by looking at your current eating habits, food preferences, and nutritional needs.
Depending on your goals, we can work on meal planning, portion sizes, protein intake, meal timing, or simply building more balanced eating habits.
I want nutrition to fit naturally into your life, including the foods you love.
What if I don’t know where to start?
That’s completely fine! You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Maybe you know you want to feel stronger, have more energy, or take better care of your health, but you’re not sure what kind of coaching would work best for you.
We’ll start with a conversation about your goals, lifestyle, and what you’d like to change.
I’ll help you explore your options and find a starting point that feels comfortable and realistic for you.
Send me a message, tell me a little about yourself, and we’ll figure out the next step together.
